What is Life Without You?

You made me cry, because we are apart..
You left me in tears, you âre entered my heart..
It wasn't your fault, I guess it was mine..
For love can't be forced,
neither our mind.

I've tried more than once, to get over you..
But you make it so hard, with cute things you do..

I thought love was a good feeling,
but I've got nothing to gain.
just sorrows and tears
and a li'l more pain..

The day the pain started, reality came too.
It was the day I realized .....

What is Life Without You?...

Tonic for the Mind - 4

Surrendering one's own 'I and my' at the altar of others welfare
is the very spirit of Gita's teachings. One's obsession with one's
own desires, ambitions, regrets, attachments etc. are the cause
of unnecessary strain upon oneself. The bundle of thoughts about
'my pleasure, my security, my name, my (receiving) love etc. is
itself the dreaded ego that the spiritual science talks about. These
thoughts are the ego cage where one feels bound. These verily are
the net where one is trapped! One oneself creates this out of
ignorance and one oneself has to destroy this.

A gujarati boy

One day many years ago at a school in South London a teacher said to the class of 5-year-olds, "I'll give $20 to the child who can tell me who was the most respected man, whom people consider God, who ever lived."

An Irish boy put his hand up and said, "It was St. Patrick." The teacher said, "Sorry Alan, that's not correct."

Then a Scottish boy put his hand up and said, "It was St. Andrew." The teacher replied, "I'm sorry, Hamish, that's not right either.

Finally, a Gujarati boy raised his hand and said, "It was Jesus Christ." The teacher said, "That's absolutely right, Jayant, come up here and I'll give you the $20."

As the teacher was giving Jayant his money, she said, "You know Jayant, since you are Gujarati, I was very surprised you said Jesus Christ." Jayant replied, "Yes, in my heart I knew it was Lord Krishna, but business is business!"

Your ALTITUDE is decided by your ATTITUDE

A little boy went into a drug store, reached for a soda carton and asks him for a Phone Call. Shop-owner replied Sweety this is no a STD, but you can do one call. The store-owner observed and listened to the conversation:

The boy asked, "Lady, Can you give me the job of cutting your lawn?

The woman replied, "I already have someone to cut my lawn."

“Lady, I will cut your lawn for half the price of the person who cuts your lawn now." replied boy.

The woman responded that she was very satisfied with the person who was presently cutting her lawn.

The little boy found more perseverance and offered, "Lady, I'll even sweep your curb and your sidewalk, so on Sunday you will have the prettiest lawn in all of North-Palm beach, Florida ."

Again the woman answered in the negative.

With a smile on his face, the little boy replaced the receiver.

The store-owner, who was listening to all this, walked over to the boy and said," Son... I like your attitude; I like that positive spirit and would like to offer you a job."

The little boy replied, "No thanks, I was just checking my performance with the job I already have. I am the one who is working for that lady, I was talking to!"

Khoobiyan itni to nahi.....

Khoobiyan itni to nahi hum mein,

ki kisi ke dil mein ghar kar jayenge

par bhoolna bhi aasaan nahi hoga,

aisa zaroor kuch kar jaayenge....

Quote / Thought - 01

“Success begins with one’s faith and is a state of mind.”
