Spirituality does not lie in any particular action. It lies in being what you are. It is 'Being', and remaining rooted in that 'Being'. Then whatever you do becomes spirituality. Spirituality is the vision of the oneness of all beings. You are one with all and there is no one different from you, or separate from you. Understanding and practicing the vision of oneness, you learn to look at your life as a whole and live a whole life.
